No beer.
Hey .....() foot rub into my house, which is ... it will not .... they all give me gas ... (fart.ttt fart fart) just thinking about it ..... Beer belly is cool .... keeps me warm in the winter ... (burp )..... etc. etc. etc.
The first step would be: no beer!
Beer is not the problem, unless we are talking about alcoholism and liver disease.
As people start to time, their varying levels of testosterone and body, eggs in the abdominal visceral fat (beer was), breasts and men. It is a natural process of aging.
In a healthy male, the belly "beer" is a function of (among too many calories in beer, food, the source is not important), and burning too few.
To reduce the belly fat long-term disciplined approach is being consumed with a change in the quality of food and beverages, reducing the calories consumed (without regard to food / beverage type) and the improvement of Exercise regularly.
This does not happen overnight and it will not disappear overnight, but it will take time and discipline.
ummmm ....... maybe drink more beer?
